If a filter has been has been added, saved, and applied in a SAS® Forecast Studio project, and the results returned by the filter are resorted in a manner other than the default sort order that is returned by the filter, then any subsequent modifications made to the filter definition are not applied. The original filter definition is always used.
For example, suppose a filter is defined so that series with a MAPE > 3.0 are returned in the filtered results window and this filter is saved and applied. By default, the returned results are sorted in an ascending manner. If the results are re-sorted in a descending manner and then the filter is modified to display series with a MAPE > 2.5, the returned results will correspond with series that have a MAPE > 3.0.
To circumvent the problem, create a new filter with the modified condition.
